We are looking for talented and performance driven individuals with the flexibility to work between 25 - 35 hours a week, on assigned days, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The opportunity: Data Validation Associate
This position involves alpha / numeric data entry and balancing while validating multiple fields of data from onscreen images.
Location: Downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia
Hourly Salary: $15.00 per hour + productivity bonus pay for meeting set quotas.

- 3 Minute Test
Important: Make sure your NUM LOCK key is turned on. In order to gauge your true speed and accuracy, it is critical you use the side numeric keypad versus the numbers located above the alpha or letter keys.
Click in the bottom box. The test will begin when you press your first key.
- Begin Test – Key the sequence of numbers highlighted in green and press enter after each.
- Continue to key the data until the 3 minutes have elapsed.
- When complete, you will be presented with your Keystrokes Per Hour (KPH) and accuracy score. Please print screen your results and save as your record of achievement. You will need to provide this result as part of your application.
What you need to have to succeed:
- Ability to enter alpha / numeric data at a minimum of 10,800 keystrokes per hour (KPH) and maintain an accuracy of 95% or higher
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated team player who is able to operate with minimal supervision
