Nova Doors and Windows is currently looking for a self-directed, motivated individual to fill the multi-purpose position of a Lead Window & Door Installer. The successful candidate will display common sense, will be outgoing, have a respectful positive attitude, take pride in their work and have a good work ethic.

Requirements:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and organized
- Good communication skills
- Able to use hand tools and power tools with confidence and safely
- Capable of safely lifting up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable with heights and using ladders and scaffolding
- Drivers license with clean abstract
- Able to follow direction and work well with team members
- At least 5yrs experience installing windows, doors and siding
- Ability to problem solve and direct team members as a lead installer
Assets for position:
- Carpentry experience (framing and finishing work)
- Your own basic tools (tool belt, hammer, measuring tape etc...)
- The ability to diagnose and resolve complex installation issues
- Ability to use metal brake for cladded window application
- Bondable
- Whimis, Fall arrest and First aid preferred
Wage will be hourly and range depending on skill level and experience. Full time position to include benefits package.
