Wilson Fuel Co Ltd is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Metro branch in Lower Sackville!
Wilson Fuel Co Ltd specializes in custom heating solutions, providing service to thousands of home - and business-owners in Nova Scotia. With 30+ years in HVAC, and 110+ years providing comfort solutions Atlantic Canadians, you'll be joining a trusted team of experts who pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience.
As the successful candidate, you'll be primarily responsible for accurate and timely data entry, analyzing data and reaching out to obtain missing data when necessary, answering and routing phone calls, and other general administrative duties.
This role reports to the Service Manager and works closely with several other team members.

- Client-focused and positive
- Able to switch between tasks such as answering the phone and data entry projects
- Skilled in communicating effectively - both verbally and written
- Familiar with computer applications
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset
