Happy Kids Nutrition Academy is a fast and growing start-up company that offers educational classes to preteens and teens virtually all over the world in nutrition, cooking, and yoga. Our company is excited to be offering classes in horticultural and we are looking for an energetic and fun teacher to teach various lessons in plant biology, plant nutrients, designing a greenhouse, and many other lessons. Gardens offer limitless opportunities for youth to learn and grow. Considering the rise in childhood obesity and related illnesses, our mission is to inspire young gardeners to find joy in raising edible crops and then savoring their harvest.
Your Role:
- Teach classes online through zoom at scheduled times.
- Upload worksheets and handouts to the classroom
- Answer parent and children emails
Qualifications:
- Educational background in horticulture
- 1-year min teaching children (preferred)
- Strong internet connection and must be able to teach in a quiet setting
