â©We are focused on changing the renewable energy industry and as a Project Manager of Operations Success, you will have an opportunity to be part of this mission. We are looking for a candidate who wants to do work that has an impact, not just in the industry but also in the environment.
â©In collaboration with the VP of Operations, the Project Manager of Operations Success creates clarity about the direction established by the CEO (Vision Owner) to ensure that the Executive team delivers the most value through their respective teams. The Product owner is responsible for communicating with stakeholders to make sure the goals and vision put forward by the executive team is clear and aligned with our business objectives.

â©What you'll be doing

- Own the artifacts and ensure that they are updated, and their status (e.g. backlog) is well communicated across the organization. â©
- In coordination with the Executive Team, create clarity around tasks and to-dos for the Executive team â©
- Coordinate with the CEO and VP of Operations to document the long-term vision and translate this vision into well-documented actionable items for the executive team â©
- Maintain solid reporting on progress, including value delivery management, tracking artifacts and company-wide scorecards â©
- Coordinate with the Project Manager of Team Success to document the Executive value delivery
